ygn1 Terms & Conditions

1Age Restriction

Only players aged 21+ may use the ygn1 platform. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing or playing in any form. ygn1 has the right to verify any player's age at any time, and may suspend withdrawal access on any account that refuses to complete verification.

2One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one account at ygn1 at any time. If multiple accounts are found to share the same personal details, IP address, phone number, or payment method, ygn1 may close those accounts and void any bonuses or winnings associated with them.

3Account Registration & Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate and complete personal information when opening an account. If an account is opened with incorrect, fake, or someone else's information, ygn1 may close that account immediately without any notice. If a player changes their information, they must notify ygn1 customer service without delay.

4Deposit Rules

ygn1 accepts the following deposit methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount (for any method) is 20,000 Ks. All funds deposited to ygn1 must belong to the player — deposits from third parties are not allowed.

• Each deposit will only be credited to the player's account after ygn1 has confirmed it was successfully processed.
• ygn1 cannot be held responsible for failed payments — you must contact your bank or payment service provider directly.
• Deposits must be made for personal use only. Commercial use is not permitted.

5Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount at ygn1 is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, calculated in MMT (UTC+6:30).

• Players may only withdraw using the same payment method they used to deposit.
• ygn1 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, for security or fraud prevention purposes.
• If you wish to withdraw bonus funds, the required wagering requirement for that bonus must be met first.

6Welcome Bonus

ygn1's welcome bonus gives you 150% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 15.

Example: if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, making your account balance 50,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks.

• Each player may claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Any losses during the bonus period will reduce the remaining wagering requirement proportionally.
• ygn1 may change or cancel any promotion without prior notice, and may also adjust individual players' bonus limits.

7Cashback VIP Program

The ygn1 VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

• Bronze: up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 1.5% cashback per week

VIP tier progression is based on a player's regular play and platform activity. ygn1 reviews cashback every Monday and credits it to eligible players' accounts.

8Fraudulent Financial Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ygn1 platform:

• Money laundering
• Making payments through fraudulent means
• Bonus abuse
• Opening multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly
• Any activity that can be shown to be operating against ygn1 in these ways

If ygn1 finds that a player has carried out any of the above activities, that player's account will be closed immediately and any remaining funds will be dealt with accordingly.

9Technical Abuse

Unauthorized access to the ygn1 platform, introducing and deploying malicious software, attempting to hack game or casino results, using bots or automated software to play, and attempting to exploit any platform vulnerability — all of these are prohibited and may expose the player to legal liability.

10Account Suspension & Closure

ygn1 may suspend or close a player's account in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these terms and conditions is found
• If identity verification cannot be provided
• If there is credible evidence that the account is being used fraudulently
• If a player harasses, threatens, or abuses ygn1 staff or other players

When ygn1 closes a player's account, personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.

11Self-Exclusion

14Limitation of Liability

ygn1 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from a player's use of the platform. The ygn1 platform is provided "as-is" and ygn1 accepts no liability for losses caused by downtime, errors, or third-party services. By using the platform, players confirm they have read and fully understood this limitation.

15Policy Amendments

ygn1 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and any updates will be published on this page. Players who continue to use the ygn1 platform after an update is published will be considered to have accepted the changes. Players are encouraged to review these terms regularly.
